“The new AMEX office site in central Brighton was a very important demolition project due to its size, logistical complexity, location and high value so we needed to work with a partner we could trust that would not only meet the tight timescales and proactively manage the project but also be mindful of the impact of the work on the surrounding area where there were many local residents, businesses as well as key services such as Brighton Police and Criminal Courts. Any form of accidents,  incidents or significant disruption would have not been acceptable and would have reflected badly on our organisation.
